Zarząd Spółki LEASING-EXPERTS S.A. ("Emitent", "Spółka" ) informuje, iż w związku z wejściem Spółki w okres zamknięty związany z publikacją raportu kwartalnego, Emitent zawiesza od dnia 31 lipca 2014 r. skup akcji własnych do dnia publikacji raportu kwartalnego tj. do dnia 14 sierpnia 2014 roku. Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku New Connect. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. ("The Issuer", "The Company") hereby announces that with respect to the Company's entry into closed period related with the publication of the quarterly report, the Issuer suspends own share purchase from July 31, 2014 to August 14, 2014 i.e. till the date of publication of the quarterly report. Legal basis: § 3, item 1 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
