IPFINVPL: Semi-annual report and compliance certificate

The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (IPF IP), hereby announces IPF IP's semi-annual report for the six months ended 30 June 2019 and presents the compliance certificate referred to in clause 7 (b) of the terms and conditions for bonds issued by IPF IP.

The semi-annual report and the compliance certificate are attached to this report.
