the agreement concluded on September 25, 2017 between the Company as seller and Csaba

Soós as beneficiary, establishing a purchase right for 630,000 ENEFI ordinary shares was

amended by the parties to change the expiry date of the Option Period available for exercising

the purchase right from 31 December 2025 to 31 December 2027.
