W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego numer 2/2025 z dnia 17 stycznia 2025 roku, Zarząd Spółki 11 bit studios S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje o wyznaczeniu daty premiery gry „Death Howl” na komputery PC (Steam i GOG) na dzień 9 grudnia 2025 roku. Producentem gry jest studio The Outer Zone z siedzibą w Kopenhadze. Wersja na konsole PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S oraz Nintendo Switch zostanie udostępniona graczom w pierwszym kwartale 2026 roku. Podstawa prawna: art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku oraz uchylającego dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE. |

Current report 20/2025 Topic: Establishment of the release date for the game "Death Howl" Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR - confidential information. In connection to current report No. 2/2025 of January 17, 2025, the Management Board of 11 bit studios S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby informs about setting the release date of the game "Death Howl" for PC computers (Steam and GOG) for 9 December 2025. The game’s producer is The Outer Zone studio, based in Copenhagen. The version for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch consoles will be made available to players in the first quarter of 2026. Legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. |
