As a result of the conditional capital increase through exercising warrants from issue BG9200001212, the total shareholding of the pension funds managed by the Allianz Bulgaria Investment Fund CUPF "Allianz Bulgaria", ZPPF "Allianz Bulgaria" and DPF "Allianz Bulgaria" passively passes below the threshold of 5% in the capital of "Sopharma" AD and reaches 4.9869%. | |||||||||||
