Zarząd CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej jako Spółka, Emitent) w załączeniu przekazuje treść uchwał podjętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie w dniu 28 czerwca 2024 r.
Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie nie odstąpiło od rozpatrzenia jakiegokolwiek punktu porządku obrad. Do żadnej z uchwał objętych protokołem Walnego Zgromadzenie nie zgłoszono sprzeciwów.
Podstawa Prawna:
§ 4 ust. 2 pkt 7.) 9.) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu ASO „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company, the Issuer) encloses the contents of the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting on June 28, 2024.
The Annual General Meeting did not waive consideration of any agenda item. There were no objections to any of the resolutions included in the minutes of the General Meeting.
Legal basis:
§ 4 item 2 point 7.) 9.) of Appendix No. 3 to the ATS Regulations "Current and periodic information pro-vided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
