POLISH VERSION:
Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. (“Spółka”) przekazuje w załączeniu treść uchwał podjętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie QuarticOn S.A. w dniu 29 czerwca 2023 roku („ZWZ”).
Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że ZWZ nie odstąpiło od rozpatrzenia któregokolwiek z punktów planowanego porządku obrad, a Akcjonariusze nie zgłosili sprzeciwów do podjętych uchwał. Podczas ZWZ nie było również uchwał objętych porządkiem obrad, a nie podjętych przez ZWZ.
Podstawa prawna: § 4 ust. 2 pkt 7-9 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

ENGLISH VERSION:
The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (“Company”) hereby attaches the contents of the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of QuarticOn S.A. on 29 June 2023 (“OGM”).
At the same time, the Company informs that OGM did not waive consideration of any points on the planned agenda and the Shareholders didn’t submit objections any resolutions. During the OGM, there were also no resolutions included in the agenda and not adopted by the OGM.
Legal ground: § 4 sub-paragraph 2 point 7-9 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules „Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”.
