| Zgodnie z przepisami holenderskiej ustawy o nadzorze finansowym z grudnia 2006 r. (Wet op het financieel toezicht (Wft)) Cinema City International N.V. z siedzibą w Amsterdamie, Holandia ("Spółka") przedstawia podsumowanie skonsolidowanych informacji finansowych za rok obrotowy 2010 ("Podsumowanie Informacji Finansowych"). Podsumowanie Informacji Finansowych zostało sporządzone na podstawie Raportu Rocznego Spółki za rok obrotowy 2010 i powinno być analizowane łącznie ze wszystkimi informacjami znajdującymi się w tym Raporcie Rocznym, w szczególności z danymi zawartymi w zbadanym skonsolidowanym rocznym sprawozdaniu finansowym Spółki za rok obrotowy 2010, notach do tego sprawozdania finansowego, sprawozdaniem Zarządu z działalności Spółki i sprawozdaniem Rady Nadzorczej. Podstawa prawna: Art. 5:53 i nast. holenderskiej Ustawy o rynkach finansowych i nadzorze nad tymi rynkami z dnia 28 września 2006 r.
