| The Board of Directors of IMC S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) hereby reports that it received statement No. 1017/2022 of the National Securities Depository (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.; the “KDPW”) dated November 8, 2022, under which the KDPW resolved to register in the securities depository 2,322,464 (two million three hundred twenty two thousand four hundred sixty four) ordinary bearer shares of the Company and mark them with code LU0607203980 (the “Shares”), under the condition that the Shares are introduced to trading on the regulated market maintained by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”). Registration of Shares in the securities depository will take place within three days of when the KDPW takes receipt of the documents confirming introduction of the Shares to trading on the regulated market maintained by the WSE, but no earlier than on the date of introduction of the Shares to trading on this regulated market indicated in the resolution of the WSE's Management Board. |
