The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the Issuer, the Company). informs that Ms. Violetta Vrublevskaya. has submitted her resignation from the position of the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company as of 29th June 2022 i.e. as of the date of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting due to personal reasons.
Following the resignation of Ms. Violeta Vrublevskaya, the Issuer's Supervisory Board consists of seven members.
