| PRESS RELEASE Composition of share capital UniCredit informs the public on the new composition of its share capital (fully subscribed and paid-up) as result of increase in capital issued pursuant resolution passed by the Board of Directors of January 4, 2012 based on the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of December 15, 2011 subscribed for Euro 7,499,208,508.53. Certificate of increase in capital as per article 2444 of the Civil Code has been filed with the Companies’ Register on February 10 2012. (Current share capital - see attachment).
