| Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa S.A. ("PGNiG") informuje, iż w dniu 15 kwietnia 2009 roku została podpisana Umowa Ramowa – Heads of Agreement ("Umowa") pomiędzy PGNiG oraz Qatargas Operating Company Ltd. ("Qatargas"). Umowa określa ogólne zasady, w oparciu o które będzie realizowana współpraca w zakresie długoterminowych dostaw LNG. PGNiG i Qatargas ustaliły, iż dostawy LNG będą realizowane od 2014 roku przez okres 20 lat w wysokości ok. 1 mln ton LNG rocznie. Jednocześnie PGNiG i Qatargas prowadzą rozmowy mające na celu sfinalizowanie kontraktu handlowego – SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement). Podpisanie SPA jest planowane po zapewnieniu, że będą spełnione techniczne warunki umożliwiające odbiór dostaw LNG. |

| Conclusion of the Head of Agreement with Qatargas Operating Company Ltd. Current Report No. 35/2009 dated April 15th, 2009 The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that on April 15th 2009 PGNiG and Qatargas Operating Company Ltd. (“Qatargas”) signed the Head of Agreement (“HoA”). The HoA defines the general terms and conditions for cooperation in long-term supply of LNG. PGNiG and Qatargas agreed that approx. 1 million tonnes of LNG will be supplied annually for a period of twenty years, starting from 2014. Concurrently PGNiG and Qatargas are conducting talks with a view to entering into a Sales and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”). The SPA is planned to be signed once there is assurance that the technical requirements for LNG collection will be met. |
