| Management Board of BGS Energy a.s reports that, on the basis of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decision of 21 September 2009, it has obtained access to EBI system for transmitting current and periodical reports. Therefore as of 21 September 2009 BGS Energy a.s. starts current and periodical reporting via the EBI system. The reporting will be done in the English language.
