| RESULTS PRESS RELEASE INTEGRATION With regard to the press release issued today by the Company and concerning among others the proposal to the ordinary shareholders meeting concerning a dividend distribution to the shareholders, it is pointed out that the dividend proposed is equal to €3 cents for each ordinary share and equal to €4.5 cents for each saving share.
