BOŚ to appoint new management board this week

PKO BP deputy CEO Mariusz Klimczak neither confirmed nor denied submitting his candidacy to the post of BOŚ president, but refused to name other potential members of the management board. "I know both Mr. Telega and Mr. Grzebieluch, as I work with them. I see them as good specialists. I cannot, however, talk about their professional plans," said Klimczak.

The new management board will be formally approved in a few months, due to manager's competition ban. "The bank works on an old, ineffective IT system. The new management board is to rapidly take a decision on whether it should be modernized, whether to return to discussions with IBM or start a new tender," said the daily's source.
