Consolidated annual report for 2022 – March 21, 2023,

Consolidated quarterly reports:
•Report for Q1 2023 - May 15, 2023.
•Report for Q2 2023 - August 14, 2023.
•Report for Q3 2023 - November 14, 2023.

The Board of Directors of the Issuer informs that pursuant to § 6 point 10a of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market" the Company will not publish the periodic report for 4Q 2022.

Any changes of dates for periodical reports will be published as a current report.
