ING to reduce its stake in BSK
The Dutch financial group ING might reduce its stake in Poland's Bank Slaski (BSK) from the current 82.8% to 75% in the coming two years. ING wants BSK to be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, as this would facilitate the bank's development. ING is to present a plan for long-term expansion of the group in Poland in November. The group's assets in Poland valued at PLN 30bn (USD 7bn) include, among others, the life insurance company Nationale-Nederlanden Polska, the pension fund PTE Nationale-Nederlanden Polska, the pension fund managing company OFE Nationale-Nederlanden Polska, and the investment fund company ING BSK. kp,bb
