Poland's largest energy concern Orlen intends to invite all shareholders of Energa power to submit offers to sell Energa's shares. The proposed price is PLN 18.87 (EUR 4.46) per share, Orlen said in a market filing.

The invitation concerns a total of 37 578 474 shares, which together with the shares of Energa held by Orlen constitute 100 percent of all shares of Energa.
The acceptance of sale offers will begin on December 1, and the process is expected to be completed on December 17, 2025.
