| The Management Board of Gi Group Poland S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer"), informs that today, i.e. on 2 March 2022, it has learned that a lawsuit against the Company was submitted to the District Court in Warsaw concerning a complaint of the Company’s shareholders against resolution No. 3/2022 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of 21 January 2022 on withdrawal of the Company's shares from trading on a regulated market operated by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("Resolution"). The Management Board of the Issuer informs that it sees no grounds for questioning the validity and correctness of the adoption of Resolution and considers the Shareholder's claims to be groundless. The Company will demonstrate this by taking appropriate procedural steps. Legal basis: § 19 clause 1 point 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
