| AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter - the Company) informs that the Board of the Company has approved the extension of the overdraft (current bank account credit) agreement (hereinafter - Agreement) for one year. Under the Agreement, OP Corporate Bank plc Lithuania Branch, identification code 302535257 (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), has granted the Company an overdraft with a maximum amount of EUR 10,000,000 (ten million euro). The Agreement is considered as a non-transferable financial collateral arrangement (security agreement), the object of which is current and future funds kept by the Company with the Bank. In order for the Company to continue use the funds under the Agreement, an extension of the Agreement was required, which required the approval of the Board of the Company. In this respect, the Company announces that on March 31st 2020, the Board of the Company approved the extension of the Agreement. The overdraft will be used to finance working capital needs of the Company. Legal grounds: Article 17.1 of the EU Regulation on market abuse No 596/2014. |
