Polish PM Donald Tusk threatened to veto the proposal during the EU summit which starts on Thursday, when the climate package would be finally approved.
On Saturday leaders of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia showed up in Gdańsk with similar demands. "The final might not be far away, but still there are many issues that we have to resolve together [in terms of the climate package]," said Donald Tusk.
