| The Board of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg "the Issuer" hereby informs that the publication of its audited consolidated Annual Report for the year 2022 is postponed until 31 May 2023. Main operations and key assets of the Issuer and its subsidiaries (together, the "Group") are in the central part of Ukraine. And since February 2022, Ukraine is being invaded by Russia. The Group's annual reporting process for the year 2022 was not directly affected by fighting on the ground. But it was, to a great extent, indirectly affected by constant power outages from Russian missile strikes, happening all over Ukraine this winter (from November 2022 to February 2023), and by the endless air raid alerts. This has significantly slowed the progress of the work for both, the Group's reporting team and its external auditors in Ukraine. |
