| Kernel Holding S.A., a company domiciled in Luxembourg (the “Company”), is pleased to inform that it has completed the scheduled redemption of its USD 300 million 6.5% coupon bonds due in 2024 (ISINs: Reg S XS2010040983; Rule 144A US49229QAB05) (the “2024 Eurobonds”). The Company has fully settled the principal amount along with accrued coupon payment in accordance with the terms specified in the 2024 Eurobonds prospectus. This action effectively discharges all of the Company's obligations toward the holders of 2024 Eurobonds. The successful redemption of 2024 Eurobonds underscores the Company's dedication to meeting all financial commitments promptly and maintaining a strong credit history. |
