| The Management Board of Work Service S. A. ("Issuer" or "Company") hereby informs that on December 21, 2020, the Issuer received document containing the resignation of Mr. Thibault Lefebvre from the position of the President of the Management Board of Work Service S.A. with effect on December 31, 2020. Mr. Thibault Lefebvre indicated that he decided to focus on his new role as Head of Western Europe within GI Group International as of 1st of January, 2021. Legal base: 1. Art. 56 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies. 2. § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
