| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“Issuer” or “Company”) - in relation to the current reports: (i) No. 12/2020 and No. 12/2020 K, on the conclusion with the company under the name Gi International S.R.L., with its registered office in Milan, Italian Republic, owned by Gi Group S.P.A. ("Investor"), the investment agreement of 13 February 2020 ("Investment Agreement") determining, among other things, the terms and conditions of granting financing by the Investor, including bridge financing for the Company or its related entities in the total amount of PLN 20,000,000.00 ("Bridge Loan"); (ii) No. 28/2020 concerning the conclusion by the Issuer of Annex No. 7 to the loan agreement of 18 November 2015; (iii) No. 29/2020 on submission by the Company of a motion to the banks financing the Issuer's activity ("Banks") on approval of extension of the deadline for disbursement of the remaining part of the Bridge Loan; (iv) No. 30/2020 concerning the Banks' agreement to the extension of the deadline for disbursement of the remaining part of the Bridge Loan; and (v) No. 40/2020 on the conclusion by the Issuing Party of Annex No. 1 to the Investment Agreement and extension of the deadline for payment of the remaining part of the Bridge Loan – informs that today the last tranche of the Bridge Loan was paid out by the Investor, thus the Company has already received the entire amount of the Bridge Loan in the amount of 20.000.000,00 PLN. As a result of the analysis carried out, the Issuer decided that it is justified to classify the information indicated above as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17 section 1 of the MAR, to be published in the form of this report.
