| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer or the Company), on 22 October 2019, the Issuer's Supervisory Board expressed its position on regarding objections expressed by the entity authorised to audit financial statements in the report of a review of the condensed interim financial statement of Work Service SA made as on 30 June 2019 and in the report of a review of the condensed interim financial statement of Work Service SA made as on 30 June 2019. While formulating its position, the Supervisory Board considered the content of the auditor's reservations regarding the above-mentioned reports and the content of the Management Board's position regarding those reservations. The position of the Supervisory Board is presented in Attachment 1 to this report.
