| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Company") provides - in the appendix to this report, information on the estimated results of the Company and Work Service Capital Group ("Group") for the financial year 2020 with respect to: (i) net revenue from sales, (ii) net profit, (iii) equity, while pointing out that these results include unaudited data and may differ from the final audited results that will be published by the Company in the form of the Company's separate annual report and the Group's consolidated annual report, which will take place on 30 April 2020. As a result of the performed analysis, the Issuer considered that it is justified to qualify the information indicated above as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17 section 1 MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report. Legal basis: Article 17 section 1 MAR (Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC, and 2004/72/EC).
