| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“Company”) informs of receiving today an information about the issuance by the National Deposit of Securities S.A. (“NDS”) a statement no 946/2019 dated 6th November, 2019, on conclusion of an agreement with the Company whose subject matter is registration in the securities depository kept by NDS 163.250 ordinary bearer Y -series shares with a nominal value of PLN 0,10 each (“Shares”), provided that the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) takes over decision to introduce Shares to trading on the same regulated market, on which other shares of the Company have been marked with the above code. Registration (dematerialization of the Shares will take place within 3 days from the date of receipt by the NDS of above decision of the WSE, but not earlier than on the day indicated in this decision as the day of placing the Shares on the market. Information of the registration of the Shares will be provided in the form of an appropriate NDS message. The Shares were acquired by authorized persons (members of the management board and key members of the management) in exercising the rights from subscription warrants series F as part of the conditional increase in the share capital of the Company in accordance with the terms of the Management Option Plan adopted by resolution No 24/2013 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of 27 June 2013 (as amended) |
