| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer"), informs that today, i.e. on September 16, 2021, it received a letter from the District Court in Wrocław, containing a copy of the lawsuit filed by the shareholder Investment MIZYAK Corp Sp. z o.o. SKA with its seat in Wrocław ("Shareholder") in a case for repealing: • resolution no. 8 of the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of June 15, 2021 on: approval of the Management Board's report on the activities of the Work Service Capital Group for the previous financial year, i.e. for 2020; • resolution No. 19 of the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of June 15, 2021 regarding: giving Mr. Maurizio Uboldi acknowledgement of performing of duties as Chairman of the Supervisory Board; • resolution No. 30 of the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of June 15, 2021 on: giving Mr. Thibault Lefebvre acknowledgement of performing of duties as President of the Management Board for the period from August 21, 2020 to December 31, 2020; • resolution No. 31 of the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of June 15, 2021 on: giving Mr. Nicola Dell'Edera acknowledgement of performing of duties as Vice President of the Management Board for the period from August 21, 2020 to December 31, 2020; - hereinafter collectively as "Resolutions". The Management Board of the Issuer informs that it sees no grounds for questioning the validity and correctness of the adoption of Resolutions and considers the Shareholder's claims to be groundless. The Company will demonstrate this by taking appropriate procedural steps. |
