| Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer" or "Company"), with reference to the Current Report No. 12/2020, 12/2020/K, 14/2020 and 20/2020 hereby informs that the Company received information that the antitrust authority in Czech Republic has given its consent to take over control the Company by Gi INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., wholly owned by Gi Group SpA ("Investor"). Obtaining the consent of the relevant antimonopoly authorities for the Investor to take control over the Company and its affiliates is one of the conditions precedent to the transaction with the Investor, set out in the investment agreement concluded between the Company and the Investor on 13 February 2020.
