| <html> <head> </head> <body> <p> <font color="rgb(34, 34, 34)" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="small"><span align="start" >The Board of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg _the "Issuer"_ hereby informs that, due to delays caused by the ongoing coronavirus measures imposed in the countries where the Issuer has presence, publication of the audited consolidated annual report for 2019 will be postponed until 31 May 2020. Meanwhile, the Issuer's un-audited consolidated annual report for 2019 will be published no later than 30 April 2020.</span><br align="start" ><br align="start" ><span align="start" >Stay-at-home policies, travel bans and similar restrictive measures introduced by the governments of Luxembourg, Switzerland, Cyprus and Ukraine have resulted in revised work schedules for both the Issuer's staff and its local auditors, thereby hindering effective collaboration between the teams in these countries, inadvertently causing delays in the group audit.</span><br align="start" ><br align="start" ><span align="start" >The audit has now entered its final stage, but due to delays, the group auditor in Luxembourg requires additional time to work on the consolidated annual report</span><br align="start" ><br align="start" ><span align="start" >Valuing the health and well-being of its staff and partners alike, the Board of the Issuer have decided to postpone the publication of the audited consolidated annual report till May 2020.</span><br align="start" ><br align="start" ><span align="start" >The Board of the Issuer continues regular monitoring of the situation on the spread of the coronavirus. As of the date of this notice, the Board did not observe major adverse impacts on the Issuer's activities.
