| Management Board of Work Service S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("Issuer" or "Company") - in addition to the current report No. 24/2021 of May 18, 2021, regarding the announcement of the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on June 15, 2021 - encloses the content of two documents relating to matters on the agenda of the General Meeting, i.e. respectively: • Report of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. - regarding item 12 of the agenda as follows: ‘Adoption of the resolution on approval of the report of the Supervisory Board for 2020.’; • Report of the Supervisory Board on the remuneration of the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board - regarding item 13 of the agenda as follows: ‘Adoption of the resolution on giving opinion on the Supervisory Board’s report on the remuneration of members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.’. At the same time, the Management Board informs that the above-mentioned documents, along with all other materials for the General Meeting, were made available on the date of publication of the current report No. 24/2021, i.e. on May 18, 2021, on the Issuer's website at: www.workservice .pl - Corporate Website - Investor Relations section - General Meeting tab. |
