| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 20 sierpnia 2025 Emitent zawarł z Apple Inc. z siedzibą w USA (oraz z innymi spółkami z grupy Apple) umowę dotyczącą przygotowania przez Spółkę odrębnej wersji gry oraz wydania przez Apple gry Real Boxing 2 w modelu subskrypcyjnym Apple Arcade. Umowa stanowi istotny krok w realizacji strategii i może, w ocenie Zarządu, istotnie wpłynąć na przyszłe wyniki finansowe Spółki. Emitent zakłada, że gra trafi do dystrybucji w Apple Arcade w kategorii Apple Greats w I kwartale 2026 roku. |

| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: “the Company”, “Issuer”), hereby announces that on August 20, 2025, the Issuer entered into an agreement with Apple Inc. based in the USA (and other companies from the Apple group) concerning the preparation by the Company of a separate version of the game and the release by Apple of the game Real Boxing 2 in the Apple Arcade subscription model. The agreement is a significant step in the implementation of the strategy and, in the opinion of the Management Board, may have a major impact on the Company's future financial results. The Issuer expects the game to be released on Apple Arcade in the Apple Greats category in the first quarter of 2026.
