The Management Board of Leasing Experts S.A. (Issuer) announces that on 24.07.2015 r. a subsidiary Leasing-Experts Direct Sp. z o.o. acquired as a result of the share capital increase the amount of 1,000,000.00 zł (in words: one million PLN 00/100) for the development of operating and investing activities. The shares were taken up and paid in cash by a single investor which constitute 99.50 % of the capital share of the company.
The Issuer is the parent company of the Leasing-Experts Direct Ltd.
Legal Basis:
§ 3. 1 of Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System "Current and Periodical Information in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
