| Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer or the Company) hereby presents in the enclosure the content of all resolutions submitted to the vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was held on November 27, 2020. During the General Meeting, the shareholder submitted draft resolutions No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 regarding the matters included in the agenda of the General Meeting, the content of which is included in Appendix No. 1 to this report. The Issuer also informs that: - the following resolutions were adopted: a) Resolution No. 1 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 27, 2020; b) Resolution No. 2 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 27, 2020; c) Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 27, 2020; and d) Resolution No. 7 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 27, 2020. - the following resolutions were not adopted: a) Resolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 27, 2020; b) Resolution No. 5 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 27, 2020; c) Resolution No. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 27, 2020. In addition, objections were raised to the following resolutions: a) Resolution No. 2 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 27, 2020; b) Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 27, 2020; c) Resolution No. 7 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of November 27, 2020. |
