This document includes, in particular, the following items: - the 2020 annual financial report, - the corporate governance report, and - the auditors' reports on the corporate governance report The Universal Registration Document is made available under the conditions provided for by the regulations in force. It can be consulted on the MBWS website (http://www.mbws.com/) under the heading "Regulated Information" as well as on the website of the Autorité des marchés financiers (www.amf-france.org). It is also available at the Company's head office, 10-12 avenue du Général de Gaulle - 94220 CHARENTON-LE-PONT.
