Ad.3 Real motives in my opinion for nationalisation of IDEA BANK S.A. by polish authorities
 
The main objectives of present polish government in my opinion to take over IDEA BANK S.A. were:
1) To make a next step in nationalisation of polish banking sector (IDEA BANK was taken over by state-owned bank PEKAO S.A.). Nationalisation of Polish Banking Sector was one of the political aims of governing party PIS in Poland.
2) To punish Leszek Czarnecki for allowing general public to know the details of corruption proposal from former Chairman of  The Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
3) To take revenge on Leszek Czarnecki and to show that if any company or person is against present government and PIS (the main political party in Poland, which has majority in lower chamber of polish parliament) – this company or the person will be punished.
 
I would like to underline that at present there is no independent and objective polish authorities. Ale the judicial power is not independent (judges who are not obedient to minister of justice are even prosecuted and could face repercussions).  
Also Bank Guarantee Fund and The Polish Financial Supervision Authority is dependent on decisions from Governing Party PIS in my opinion. Perhaps the only independent public institutions are at present Supreme Audit Office and Commissioner for Human Rights in my opinion.
My complaint against the decision of Resolution taken by Bank Guarantee Fund is now at Supreme Administrative Court but it is hard to expect independent sentence in the future as issue is more political than economic.
