Izaki Group Investments (IGI) acquired 335-337 Broadway, also known as 93 Worth Street, in New York City from World-Wide Holdings Corp. for $49.75 million, or approximately $302 per square foot.
The 12-story, 165,000-square-foot office building was built in 1924 in the City Hall submarket of Manhattan. The new owners are going to convert the building to residential condominiums.
Charles Kingsley, Jon Epstein, Vincent Carrega, Jason Meister, Yoav Oelsner, and Neil Helman with Grubb & Ellis represented both parties in the sale.
