Photon Energy announces the establishment of a project company in Slovakia
The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. informs that on 22 March the company received information that on 19 March 2010 its first foreign fully-owned project subsidiary Photon SK SPV 1 s.r.o. was registered by the Municipal court in Bratislava, Slovakia. The company is domiciled in Bratislava, has a base capital of EUR 5,000 (CZK 127,325 or PLN 19,568) and has been established to hold the project rights of a yet-to-be acquired photovoltaic project in Slovakia. Negotiations with several project developers are ongoing. Photon Energy has a policy of setting up project companies in order to execute photovoltaic project acquisitions in the shortest possible timeframe through its pre-established subsidiaries.

Photon Energy ogłosiła utworzenie spółkę celową na Słowacji
Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że w dniu 22 marca spółka otrzymała informację, że w dniu 19 marca 2010 swój pierwszy zagraniczny projekt w pełni własnością zależne Photon SPV 1 SK sro została zarejestrowana przez Sąd Miejski w Bratysławie. Firma ma siedzibę w Bratysławie, posiada kapitale podstawowym w wysokości 5.000 (CZK 127.325 PLN lub 19.568) i został ustanowiony w celu posiadania praw projekt jeszcze do nabycia fotowoltaicznych projektu na Słowacji. Negocjacje z kilku twórców projektu są w toku. Photon Energy prowadzi politykę zakładania firm projektu w celu realizacji projektu fotowoltaicznych nabycia w możliwie jak najkrótszym czasie poprzez uprzednio ustalone zależnych.
