Another big multinational company chose VT-SOFT as an outsourcing service provider after Mercedes

Global oil and gas company, BP opened its European Service Centre in Budapest on the 17th of November. The Centre provides customer and business services for BP’s European Refining and Marketing businesses.

The deployment of the centre to Budapest was officially announced in the spring of 2009 and the tender invitation for payroll, social security and cafeteria administration tasks were declared afterwards.

The choice was made in more steps and the final result was announced in September 2009: BP -building on the chosen firm’s professional experience and a high standard solution - opted for VT-SOFT Software Ltd. as their outsourcing service provider.

The imposed task is complex but not unknown to VT-SOFT as the company has been doing the payroll and cafeteria administrative tasks for a number of its clients for years.

VT-SOFT will provide full payroll and cafeteria administration services.

According to BP, “We opted for VT-SOFT due to their level of service, their high standard IT support, the customized SLA created for our unique needs and their active quality management system.”
