usually valve removes games from steam when there are problems  with the publisher, for example license problems etc. in 90% of the  cases your last chance to get a valid steam key is from bundles;  sometimes retail versions have a key that works on steam too.
If you have the game already, it remains in your library and you can download and install it at any time you want to.

Good question. No Afterfall Reconquest either. No Intoxicate Studios or NEG at all. nothing on the developer pages about Steam. Very ominous.

Can you find out what happend? I was going to purchase the dirty arena dlc and the other episodes.
