Oilseed Processing Facility (Crushing Plant)
Current stage of development – our current focus on launching the SPC plant this year so the second project is still at the technical design phase
Expected timeline for completion and commissioning - Due to the war-time conditions we do not committee to a specific timeline but generally such projects take 2-3 years
Planned processing capacity and anticipated ramp-up period - 400kt of soybeans and rapeseeds
Soy Protein Concentrate (SPC) Project
Current construction status – in the final stages for production starting in 2H26
Expected launch date and timeline to reach full capacity – in the first year half of the current meal output to be converted into SPC, in the second year the plant should switch to converting all meal into SPC. Soybean oil volumes will stay as they are
Target markets and expected contribution to reven ues and profitability – acquafish feed market in Nothern Europe, we expect an uplift in the Gross and EBITDA margin when the soybean meal is processed into SPC which is a higher value added product
Other Reported or Planned Investments – we look at land lease assets on a regular basis but these are not major investments (within 5% annual land lease churn)
Any additional projects under development or consideration – none of material nature
Expected CAPEX pipeline over the next 2–5 years – we do not have any material investments planned beyond a new crusher currently
Strategic Direction
How the company envisions the evolution of its business mix (e.g. sugar vs. oilseeds vs. processing) - during the war we focus on the stability of current operations so the business mix will not radically change
Whether further expansion in processing capacities (oilseeds, proteins, or other value-added products) is being considered
