In accordance to declaration made in Prospectus the Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. (the "Company") hereby provides information summarizing the public offering of the Company's shares to retail and institutional investors in Poland.

The public offering commenced on 17th September 2013 (the approval of the Prospectus by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets). Retail Investors could place their subscriptions in the public offering within a period from 18th to 25th September 2013, whereas institutional investors' subscriptions were accepted from 27th September to 1st October 2013.

Within the retail subscription individual investors placed 1,010 orders for 1,867,521 shares at the maximum price of PLN 25. Within the institutional offering 8 institutional investors placed orders for 800,000 shares at PLN 16.

The price of offered shares was established at PLN 16.

The allotment of 1,000,000 Company's shares took place on 1st October 2013. Number of shares allocated within institutional offering reached 800,000 and retail offering amounted to 200,000 shares. Reduction rate of subscriptions made by retail investors amounted to 89,3%.

Shares were allotted to 1,010 individual investors and 8 institutional investors. The total value of the public offering amounted to PLN 16,000,000. The total issue costs amounted approx. to EUR 1,780,000 which is equivalent to PLN 7,430,000 according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the date of publication of present report.
