Russian Armed Forces placed trucks packed with explosives at four Zaporizhya reactors, says Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Ukrainian Defense Intelligence Agency. Russia has completed preparations for a terrorist attack on the Zaporizhya nuclear power plant, Budanov told The New Statement. According to him, equipment with explosives has been placed near four of the six reactors. Also, according to him, the cooling pond of the nuclear plant is mined. Without cooling the nuclear reactors may melt down within 10 hours to 14 days. Budanov believes that the Russian Federation will be able to raise the voltage in the power lines of the plant, which would lead to a nuclear accident in a shorter time. "The situation has never been as serious as it is now," he said.
