Airway Medix S.A. Secures Third International Distribution Agreement
Warsaw, September 17, 2025 – Airway Medix S.A. (WSE: AWM), an inspiring medical technology company, announced that on September 15, 2025, it secured its third consecutive international distribution agreement with a medical equipment distributor in a Middle Eastern country for exclusive sales of its Cuffix and Oral Care product lines.

Agreement Highlights
The three-year exclusive distribution agreement will automatically extend for additional one-year periods and establishes a minimum order commitment of approximately €0.3 million through 2027. Contract terms align with industry standards and mirror the Company's previously announced international partnerships.

This latest agreement marks another important step in the Company’s global expansion and reflects the growing international appeal of Airway Medix’s innovative medical solutions. Following two previously signed partnerships, the Company is now strengthening its international presence.
