H&B partners with InPost to offer locker collect service

Holland & Barrett is to offer its online customers the choice of picking up orders at over 1,100 parcel lockers at locations including Morrisons stores, Tube stations and Esso petrol forecourts.

The new partnership will be supported by an online and Social Media campaign to raise awareness and engage Holland & Barrett customers on the benefits of the new service.
Emma Mead, director of eCommerce at Holland & Barrett International, said: “We have seen a big increase in online orders over the last year, which comes as no surprise as our customers are often time poor and not in a position to wait at home during the day for their deliveries to arrive.
