Photon Energy ogłasza podpisanie z 3 fotowoltaicznych MWp rozwoju projektu i umowy nabycia
Zarząd Photon Energy informuje, że w dniu 04 maja 2010 Photon Energy as podpisała umowę ramową na zakończenie realizacji projektów i uzyskanie kolejnych dwóch projektów z zainstalowanych mocy od 1,5 MWp każdego w gminie Zdice w regionie Central Bohemia z trzech osób prywatnych.

Oba projekty mają być przygotowane do budowy do końca sierpnia 2010 roku. Photon Energy planuje budowę dwóch elektrowni na jego własne portfolio.

Photon Energy a członkami jej zarządu nie są związane z trzech osób prywatnych rozwój dwóch projektów.

Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust.2 pkt nr 2 w załączniku nr 3 do Uchwały nr 733/2009 z dnia na GPW Zarządu z dnia 18 grudnia 2009 r. "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu"

Photon Energy announces the signing of a contract for the sale of photovoltaic modules
The Management Board of Photon Energy announces the signing of a contract for the sale of 1.225 MWp of Yingli photovoltaic modules and 111 pieces of 10000 TLRP SMA inverters between its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Trading s.r.o. and DESOL s.r.o. on 4 May 2010. The net contract value is EUR 2.089 million (CZK 53.7 million, PLN 8.27 million).

Radek Jalůvka, a member of Photon Energy's supervisory board, is a principal of DESOL, s.r.o. All terms and conditions of the transaction are market standard and they were negotiated on an arms'-length basis.
