Wyglada na to, ze litewskie prawo zezwala na niepublikowanie raporow za 3, 9 i 12 miesiecy.
Ale z drugiej strony raport z dnia 6.01.2016 mowi, ze wszystkie raporty beda publikwane, wlacznie z tymi za 3,9 i 12 miesiecy.
Skoro raport z dnia 6.01.2016 roku nie zostal odwolany, to znaczy, ze nastepny raport bedzie publikowany 15 lutego i bedzie uwazgledniac 12 miesiecy.

Effective as of 4 December 2015 certain amendments of the Law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania came into force. According to the respective amendments, the Issuer of securities is no longer obliged to prepare and publish its interim financial statements for 3, 9 and 12 months, unless the respective Issuer determines otherwise.
Using the right to decide whether to prepare and publish the Company’s interim financial statements, the Management Board of AviaAM Leasing AB (the Company) decided that the Company shall continue preparing and publishing its interim financial statements fro 3, 9 and 12 months in accordance with the previously settled procedures.
