ORCO wants to raise 77 million euros:
(AOF) - Orco Property Group will ask for 77 million of euros its shareholders whatever the exit of the negotiations with a new prospective shareholder, according to the declarations of the managing director of the group Jean-François Ott quoted by the Reuters agency. The property developer is in procedure of safeguard for six months renewable. After expiry of this procedure last week, Orco intends to require the renewal of the bankruptcy court of Paris.
