We fixed a lot of things from the demo, especially issues related to hero behavior, pathfinding, and getting stuck. The tax collector now properly collects gold, and overall mission logic has been improved as well.
There is also completely new music, better optimization, and improved graphics compared to the demo build.
In the full version, after unlocking certain technologies and spells, you’ll also be able to use the Recall spell, which helps a lot with heroes getting lost or stuck far away.
As for post-launch - we are planning to present a roadmap after release, but that’s a matter of weeks. Right after launch we’ll be heavily focused on updates, bug fixes, and player feedback first.
Regarding the demo - we have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, it’s already outdated compared to the full version, but on the other hand, with our current team size we didn’t want to spend too much time updating the demo instead of finishing and polishing the full game.
But who knows - maybe we’ll update the demo in the future when we have more time.
